It depends on what you ordered. Our products are shipped from multiple places and some are even made to order, and those take a bit longer. Click the "Shipping information" tab on each item for specifics on shipping for that particular item :)

USPS has been a day or 2 off since Covid as far as their deliveries. Hopefully that changes soon, but I normally get packages myself the day after they're marked "Delivered." Please give it 1-3 business days and if you still don't have it send an email to info@righton59th.com.

We are unable to accept any returns but if you receive an item that is defective, we can send you a new one! Please email us at info@righton59th with your order number and photos of the defective product for a replacement.
